Sarah is an Integrative Expressive Arts Therapist (M.A) working with children, adolescents and adults. Her specialities include Children & Teens, Young Adults, Aliyah Adjustment, Depression, Social Skills, Highly Sensitive Individuals
Through play, art, sand tray therapy and talk therapy, Sarah provides a space for children and adults to express themselves in a fun, non-threatening way. This non-directive approach enables her to gain insight and support clients in working through challenges effectively.
Sarah combines her training in Bibliotherapy (creative writing and storytelling), DIR (Developmental, Individual and Relationship-based model), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) and mindfulness techniques, to help clients integrate practical coping skills and navigate emotional and behavioral challenges.
Sarah believes that all people deserve a safe, non-judgmental space to express themselves and find their place in their families, educational and social environments. She sees clients in Ra’anana and Tel Aviv in both English and Hebrew.
