Nava is a Clinical Nutritionist with a specialty in Eating Disorder Treatment and Emotional Eating. 
She blends the world of psychotherapy with the science of nutrition to help her patients truly nourish their bodies and souls. She incorporates tools from CBT, DBT and Intuitive eating models. 

Nava works privately and also works in the inpatient unit for Eating Disorder Treatment in Schneider Hospital, in the Endocrinology Center for Obesity treatment in Schneider Hospital and in Hadera Childrens health centre treating eating disorders in the community. 

She is passionate about helping teens and women build healthy relationships with their bodies and confidence around food.
